Way to extract biodiesel from bacteria

Photo: Scientists have developed a way to extract biodiesel from bacteria that is structurally similar to conventional fuel. This means it works with existing engines, which is a huge advantage over current biofuels. Biofuel is carbon-neutral, and large scale acquisition would happen in a laboratory, not through drilling into the Earth.
