This is eVe, an entirely solar-powered car designed by students from Sunswift, the UNSW Faculty of Engineering solar racing team. If built, eVe would be one of the first in a new generation of consumer-friendly solar vehicles.
We think this is a really inspiring project to get behind, and you can help these students bring eVe to life. The team is using crowdfunding to try and raise enough money to build eVe and enter the 2013 World Solar Challenge - a 3,000 km race from Darwin to Adelaide in Australia.
